  • Pharmacy and the Law of Compensation

The Law of Compensation states that you will be paid based on the demand for what you do, the skill involved with what you do, and the ease with which you can be replaced.

  • Don’t drive buses without passengers

Leaders give choice in order to fill seats. Covid has opened our eyes to the creepy reality of elite sport on display live in front of no one. • It was such an eventful week. I wonder what next week could possibly bring?

It started Friday when I was honoured to moderate the Alberta Pharmacists’ Association (RxA) Spring PD Event. I was fortunate to moderate the same event one year earlier. So, in preparation for this year, I reviewed my opening comments from 2021. I was shocked to read my notes from only one year ago.
