Pharmacy U news

  • It was such an eventful week. I wonder what next week could possibly bring?

It started Friday when I was honoured to moderate the Alberta Pharmacists’ Association (RxA) Spring PD Event. I was fortunate to moderate the same event one year earlier. • Can pharmacists gain wisdom from the Ancients?

In my experience, so many leaders model their leadership based on how they have been led. This often yields limited results when there is near limitless opportunity around them. And when the “storm” comes along, their business is in serious jeopardy.
