Retail giant Costco is under investigation by the Ontario Government after receiving $1.2 million in potentially illegal payments from a generic drugmaker. An investigative report by CBC's The Fifth Estate, which aired on March 16, revealed secret audio tapes and other proof showing how Costco pressed one generic company for illegal payments to stock their products.

Legal marijuana will be sold in plain packages emblazoned with a yellow health warning and a red stop sign stamped with the silhouette of a pot leaf, according to draft regulations released Monday by Health Canada.
