The one thing that I would like to accomplish in my career is to help create a pathway for pharmacy technicians to leverage their skills and experience so they too can attain positions in leadership.
The young leaders in pharmacy must be well represented in the science, education, and practice settings and be willing to shoulder responsibilities from time to time when called upon at both local and international forums.
During late night shifts at the Midnight Pharmacy, I learned to file, to spin bottle caps, to identify shoplifters (they're not always who you think) and to appreciate the colourful side of life.
