Revoked: 'Doctor Fentanyl’ disappeared more than two years ago to avoid prison
Dr. George Williams Otto, who conspired with a Toronto pharmacist and two drug dealers to traffic more than 4,000 fentanyl patches, was sentenced to 12 years in prison. But he is believed to have fled to his home country of Uganda.
