The organization concluded that the medical education, postgraduate training, speciality certification and regulatory systems in these countries were ‘sufficiently comparable to Canadian systems.’
Some of the goals outlined in the action plan include diversifying admission and hiring, anti-racism training among faculty and reviewing curricula to remove racial and colonial biases.
