80% of Canadians support 'greater role' for physician assistants
The President of Canadian Association of Physician Assistants’ (CAPA) has called for broad expansion of the use of Physician Assistants (PAs) in Canada following a Nanos Research poll in which eight out of ten Canadians said PAs should play a greater role in providing health care. Chris Rhule said the poll of one thousand Canadian demonstrates PAs “can help provide better, faster care to our patients, and especially our seniors.”
