The government and the Nurses Association of New Brunswick say seats have been confirmed for the province's graduate nurses who want to write the Quebec test.
Advocacy groups raise alarm over the possibility of hospital charges for patients to force them to consent to go to long-term care homes not of their choosing.
Passed in November 2019, the bill gave the Health Minister, at the time Tyler Shandro, the power to tear up the province's agreement with doctors along with any future agreements.
