Association (BCPhA)’s proposed asthma consultation program has received the
endorsement of the Asthma Society of Canada.
Despite Canada’s bleak employment numbers in recent years, there has been an increase in jobs such as nursing, banking and landscaping — as long as you’re a temporary worker.
When the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) was offered the opportunity to award 30 nurses across Canada with Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medals, they jumped at the chance.
Nurses work hard. And virtually all of that hard work, from administering medication to hanging IVs to moving patients and equipment, is done standing up on hard surfaces.
