MONTREAL | The new executive director of one of this city’s best-known hospitals has come out swinging against the proposed ban of religious dress in work places contained in Quebec’s controversial Bill 60.

Dr. Patrick Michael Nesbitt, of Maple Ridge B.C., has admitted to breaching the terms of an agreement he had made with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) in 2010.
