P.E.I. doctors see a drop in walk-in clinic fees and a raise for basic office visits
As of Oct. 2017, the government and the province's medical association agreed to lower fees for basic walk-in clinic visits—which were either $28 (for visits under 10 minutes) or $35 (for longer visits)—to $25 regardless of the length of the visit. They also agreed to raise the fee for an office visit to $35.84.
