While about 1,000 candidates took the November exam, it was cancelled in Toronto, with Ottawa's capacity reduced. Two days before the scheduled OSCE, 80 pharmacy grads in Toronto and 40 in Ottawa were disappointed when they received notice they couldn't take the exam as scheduled. -
