The Alberta College of Pharmacy has issued a reminder about protocol after a few community pharmacies were found to be offering repackaging services to other licensed pharmacies.

University Health Network says the alert applies to its cardio-vascular, cardiac and medical-surgical intensive care units at Toronto General Hospital.
