Husband-and-wife pharmacists Vu Nguyen and Nhu (Vivian) Huynh put patients at risk when they gave them flu vaccines that had been misappropriated and transported 'in a manner that had the potential to break the cold chain,' according to the Ontario College of Pharmacists. -
