Persistence pays off as tech pursues her passion

Tracy Zambory hadn’t yet stepped into her new position as president of the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses (SUN) on Friday morning when she inherited her first challenge.

It was a bitter sweet night for those who came to reminisce about their days working at the maternity and pediatrics departments at Welland hospital.

Rebecca Cheatle, with the Royal College of Nursing, is speaking today at the annual meeting of the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses (SUN) about the United Kingdom’s success in achieving registered nurse prescribing ability.
