Dr. Katharine Smart says there's a feeling of hopelessness among healthcare workers in the country that their governments are not listening to them as they try to manage the pandemic and feel there's no end in sight.
Some of the findings echo results from previous research, but co-author Dr. David Fisman believes the study is the first large-scale analysis to include Canadian data.
