Patient advocacy groups and medical associations use polls to gauge the public’s interest or knowledge about an issue. Yet when headlines scream “Most Canadians agree ‘Canada is broken’,” it makes one wonder: Is polling broken?
I never thought I would take on more than an hourly paycheque as a pharmacist. Organically, I was pulled toward growing responsibilities in exciting ventures that complemented my patient care duties. Over 15 years of practising, new doors opened that led to a host of enriching activities.

I am a firm believer that there are multiple solutions to solve a single problem. Like any other careers in life, you have to be passionate about what you do and finding the “why.”
To this day, I can still say that what drives me is to continue to make a positive difference in the world. At Pharmascience, I continue to invest in people, in research, and in our facilities.
