Quebec family doctors vote on new master agreement
Quebec’s 8,300 family doctors have voted on a government offer to pay them more money in exchange for taking on more patients. And the results could mark a turning point in the province’s decade-long efforts to deal with a chronic medical manpower shortage that has left more than two million Quebecers without a family physician.
