Montreal's pharmaceutical research cluster is under further threat as global giants adjust to the loss of patent protection for blockbuster drugs and challenges in developing replacements.

Mark Rochon has been named interim president and CEO of the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) until a permanent appointment is made by the OHA board of directors. He replaces Tom Closson, whose term as CEO ended in January.
