The annual PANS Awards Gala is dedicated to celebrating and spotlighting the achievements of outstanding pharmacy professionals throughout the province.
The appointment will last a minimum three-year term and act as a means of communication between the society and Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs.
The details of the deal were not disclosed, but a major sticking point had been the government’s push for nurses to be more flexible in moving between healthcare facilities to address staffing needs.
The organization says its particularly interested in applicants with knowledge of health systems, interest in emerging technologies such as AI, as well as Indigenous perspectives.
