Vicki Wood honoured with B2B Leadership Award

Editor of Pharmacy Practice + Business, Vicki Wood has received the B2B Leadership Award from the National Media Awards Foundation.

"This award recognizes outstanding career achievement in B2B media and is the highest individual honour the National Magazine Awards: B2B can bestow," noted a press release from the foundation. 

As many of our readers will know, Vicki Wood has been at the helm of the magazine for many years, and has been writing, reporting and editing on journalism serving the pharmacy sector for more than three decades. 

"We were impressed by the ringing endorsements from Vicki’s colleagues detailing her ability to nurture and develop writers, contributors and team members by creating a space for them to grow without micromanagement," read a statement from the NMA B2B Jury. "Vicki’s strength as a leader was also demonstrated through a number of mergers and significant transitions in ownership, brands and the changing media landscape." 

The publication she leads has been no stranger to other B2B awards from the NMA, having won the 2025 NMA: B2B Brand Award just last year—among other honours over the years.
