Just over three years ago, Halifax pharmacist and pharmacy owner Wayne Little was lauded in Nova Scotia’s legislative assembly. In late 2021, things took a wrong turn when his pharmacy dispensed the wrong dosage for a young child. The next year saw another series of mistakes.
