Pharmacist slammed for misconduct involving patients taking methadone or buprenorphine

Sameh Yassa, an Ontario pharmacist and designated manager, committed serious offences, given the high risk that methadone poses to patients and to the public, said the Ontario College of Pharmacists’ discipline committee.
