Pharmacist mistakenly dispenses Suboxone to elderly patient, sends him to ER

After picking up what was supposed to be a sleeping pill, a 77-year-old patient ended up in the emergency room and suffered complications after ingesting the Suboxone dispensed by the pharmacist on duty.
