$80k in false claims, other offences adds up to suspension and $35K in costs for Ontario pharmacist

Tamer Mosallam, a Toronto pharmacist and pharmacy owner, tampered with a record to falsely show that the 200 diabetes strips he claimed for himself had been prescribed by a doctor, according to the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
