$105K in penalties for pharmacist guilty of improper narcotics dispensing and fraudulent billing

Ottawa pharmacy owner Guo Ma told staff no labels were necessary for methadone dispensed regularly to the same patient and narcotic system alerts should just be ignored if it’s backed by a prescription, according to the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
